Refund & Return Policy Thank you for shopping at citylux.shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• How to Start a Return: Please email us at modbags792@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

• Return Shipping Cost: * If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
