  • How much is shipping? We charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00 for all orders within the USA.

  • How long will it take to get my order? Our total delivery time is 6-11 business days. This includes 1-3 business days for processing (handling) and 5-8 business days for transit.

  • Do you ship outside the USA? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Ordering & Payments

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • Are there restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

  • How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

  • What if my package is lost? If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at our support email, and we will investigate with the carrier.
